Return Process

 

We, at Ascension, ensure the highest level of quality and care in terms of packaging and try to avoid damage in transit as much as possible. However, if you do face any issue with the quality of the product, we have an easy-going return and exchange policy:

 

In the case of returns or exchanges, please ensure that all the barcodes, labels, and tags of the product are intact.

Initiate the return request by simply emailing us at care@ascension.co.in  or WhatsApp on 9950096028 within 48 hours of receiving the products. Once the request is reviewed the products will be picked up within 2-5 business days.

The return request can be fulfilled in the form of replacement, refund or store credit. The preferred method needs to be mentioned in the email.

Once the products reach us, we perform a quality check to inspect that it is unused, in their original packaging and that the seals, tags or barcodes are not tampered with.

Please note: Personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged.

 

Refunds

 

Once the product is received by us, a refund/exchange will be initiated within 2- 5 business days post the quality check.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated via the original payment method or alternatively store credit can be processed, as per your preference.

For COD orders, personal bank information needs to be provided for transfer of the refund or alternatively store credit can be processed, as per your preference.

Please note: The refunded amount will be exclusive of the original shipping charges while placing the order.
